The Pet Rider Bicycle Seat does not come with a carrier, which is the flat metal surface you place the seat on. You will need to purchase this separately at you local bike shop. You can use this on the front or rear of a bicycle. The seat comes with straps that attach securely to the bicycle frame and carrier.
