Chew On This is absolutely secure for making credit card purchases. In addition, your personal information is shared with no one. We do NOT make customer information available to anyone for any reason.
When you are at the checkout stage you will notice a GOLD LOCK in the lower left hand corner of your web browser. This is the universal symbol indicating that your transaction is absolutely secure. All payment information is encrypted so that not even we can access your complete credit card number. Your card security is assured.

Please be aware that we plan to occasionally send email offers to our customers we feel will be useful and beneficial (new products, special discounts, etc.). If you do not want to ever receive these emails, simply let us know at: Contact Us and you'll be taken off our mailing list.

Shipping Charges and Methods
We ship Home Made Dog Treats within 48 hrs.(they are made to order). We also have made arrangements with some suppliers to ship from their facility direct to you. Delivery times will vary on each product as many are custom made. Most orders are delivered in about two weeks of the date of order is processed. Items may occasionally become Back-Ordered and could take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If an item is Back-Ordered, you will be notified and have the chance to reverse your order. We try to ship all items ordered at the same time but it may not be possible in certain instances. If that is the case you will only be charged one fee. If you need express shipping, we can help (an additional fee). Please email with the items you need express shipped and we will fiqure the shipping for you. Shipping charges are based on standard ground shipping to one address within the Continental U.S.. We do not ship outside the U.S. We ship UPS GROUND or USPS. Please aware that UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes

We stand by our products at "Chew On This" and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at 1-503-430-0847 or at chewonthis@comcast.net within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the items (excluding dog treats), minus shipping. For a return to be processed, it needs to be returned in its original condition and UNUSED. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (manufacturer policy). Credit will be issued after inspection of the product. Please make sure your package is insured.
If you receive any item damaged or broken, contact us immediately. Please give complete details of the damage and return shipping and replacement freight will be paid by "Chew On This". No C.O.D.'s are accepted.
